1. The booking of a virtual class closes 15 minutes before the class starts.

2. If you cannot attend the class you booked, you have up to 15 minutes before the class starts, to get into MindBody and remove yourself. If you don’t, the system will charge you for the class.

BEFORE PAYING FOR A VIRTUAL CLASS,

PLEASE FIND YOURSELF IN ONE OF THE GROUPS BELOW

1. You already have an active yoga package (Ex: Yearly Unlimited or

a package of classes), and you would like to use it.

Just book yourself into a class. When you book a class, the system

will use your current package, as long as it's not expired.

2. You already have an active yoga package (Ex: Yearly Unlimited or a

package of classes), but you prefer to use the virtual package options.

Buy a virtual package first, then book yourself into a class.

Virtual packages are set as "High priority" and the system will use

them first. But they need to be purchased before you book a class.

(Note: If you intend to use only virtual packages instead of your

regular package, make sure you have another one ready after the first

one, otherwise the system will start to use your "regular package".

3. You have a suspended Autopay and as a way to support the studio, you

would like to un-suspend it.

Send us an email about re-activating your autopay.

Then book the class you want to attend.

4. You have a suspended Autopay and would like to keep it suspended

for the time being.

5. You don't have a yoga package at all
